  • Define Your Services and Prices: Be clear and upfront about what you offer. Fill out the "Type of Service" and set your prices accurately (per hour, per day, or per service). This transparency helps clients make quick decisions.

2. Managing Your Bookings and Calendar

Our platform is designed to make scheduling a breeze.

  • Receive Booking Requests: When a client books your service, you'll receive a notification and the event will appear in your calendar with a "Pending Payment" status. Once payment is confirmed, it will automatically update.
  • Your Calendar is Your Hub: All your appointments, whether for boarding, walking, or vet visits, are consolidated in your calendar. You can see pending arrivals, current stays, and check-outs for any given day.
  • Manage Client Status: Use the calendar dashboard to "Check In" pets when they arrive and "Check Out" them when they leave. This keeps your schedule organized and your clients informed.

3. Getting Paid and Communicating

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on the pets.

  • Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once a client books and pays, the funds are processed and sent to you. You can track all your earnings in the "Transactions" tab.
  • Direct Communication: Use the "Inbox" to chat directly with clients. It's the perfect place to confirm details, share updates, or send a cute photo of their pet during a session.
